The Low Waste Parenting Group

Zero Waste Brighton is launching a Brighton based monthly meet-up in partnership with WRAP Play Cafe, SuperLooper and All Wrapped Up – this will gather local parents interested in reducing their waste.

The Wrap play cafe is an oasis for parents who love good coffee and yummy refreshments while their children have a ball (literally) in Wrap’s incredible play space. Joining SuperLooper as a resident pop up is Charly from ‘All Wrapped Up’  a sling & baby wearing consultancy.

Parents learn the best ways to make small changes that have a huge positive effect on our planet and can later pass these good habits on to their kids.  In the words of Ben Falk of Whole Systems Design – “A footprint then becomes something we want to leave behind”.

SuperLooper’s Kate will be there with a selection of items from the clothing library which you can rent and take home on the day if you’d like to sign up. You can also browse our useful Lucky Loops (bibs, shoes, hats etc) which the SuperLooper community borrow for free! Local SuperLoopers can use these events to drop-off and pick-up monthly orders to save on membership/delivery fees.

Wrap have a load of other daily baby and toddler events. Check out their calendar.

LWPG meets on the first Friday of every month 1-4 pm.

… and don’t forget, if you’re clearing out unwanted or outgrown baby items please bring them along because we’d love to add them to the library for other families to enjoy 🙂
